We guarantee that the battery health of every renewed devices we sell will be at least 82% of its original capacity, ensuring you still get good battery life. There is an option to pay an additional 19 GBP for new battery replacement.

We offer a 12-month-warranty on all our renewed items. This warranty covers any technical defects or malfunctions that may occur during normal use. The warranty period starts from the date you receive your device. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or wear and tear. For non-defective returns, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping will be covered by Earth Proven. If you receive a wrong or defective item, let us know within 5 business days with photos/videos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, covering return shipping.
